On a Hill

I love having a big family.

Coming from a divorced and blended family on both sides sure does make for a lot of people constantly being added to my family. What once was one brother and two cousins has turned into 6 other siblings and 50+ cousins! It makes life crazy, but oh-so-interesting, and I wouldn't change it for the world. One blessing/perk that comes with having a big family is getting to take pictures of all of them! Last week, I was asked to shoot family portraits for my aunt and uncle's wedding anniversary. I couldn't wait to go back to their ranch house on the hill. I remember riding my dad's go cart around their avocado grove with my little brother driving (which was terrifying, I might add). Their property is beautiful and it made my job super easy because their home was the perfect shoot location! They were all so cooperative, fun, and on top of everything!

Tip: Get yourself a family as awesome as mine <3
